COVID-19 and The Future of Work


  1. The technology is better than they thought. (See my comments on Zoom et al below.)
  2. People waste MASSIVE amounts of time in the office on non-work (including “busy” executives).
  3. And therefore productivity will NOT fall as precipitously as they feared when they sent everyone home. (Sales/Revenue will fall, but that’s another issue!)
